ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS?
At this time, we are operating on a waitlist system. Due to the length of our waitlist, we are not accepting new adult clients at this time. Unfortunately, we are also not able to take new minor clients at this time. Please feel free to contact our office for recommendations on other counseling options and resources that may apply to your situation. We are working tirelessly to meet the needs of our community and our dream is to one day be an open-door center with open availability. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
Your first appointment (Intake Sessions) will be an hour and fifteen minutes.
Regular sessions are 50 minutes.
I HAVE A MANDATED COURT CASE, CAN NEW WAYS HELP ME?
WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THESE APPOINTMENTS?
No. New Ways is unable to assist in any type of court mandated therapy. In some cases, courts allow clients to choose any therapist. In this case, we can offer our regular services. But it is against New Ways policy to testify in any court proceedings and we are legally and ethically bound to not make allowances for court testaments. Thank you for your understanding.
New Ways Counseling Center does not file insurance claims. Insurance requires a diagnoses, and New Ways Counseling Center focuses on growth and development, rather than permanent diagnoses.
I AM INTERESTED IN NEW WAYS' SERVICES. WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SESSIONS? WHAT IF I CAN'T AFFORD IT?
New Ways is blessed with a generous and giving community who desire to help people get the care they need. Because of this, there is no required "fee" for sessions. We kindly ask that you donate towards your session cost, which is $125. This $125 is what we need per session in order to pay for: your counselors hourly rate, bills to keep the center running, and materials to offer quality faith-based counseling and care. A common donation per session is $50, but you are never required to donate. But we appreciate every dollar given to keep our mission running.

HELP! I'M LOST!
Our main office is located at 16655 NW CR 339 Trenton, Florida, 32693. Our office is a tan building to the right of Pine Grove Baptist Church located south of Trenton off of 339. Please park on the grass right next to the building and enter at the front right door. We can't wait to see you!
