New Ways Counseling Center is a Certified Academic Institution (CAI) through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). As a CAI, we are able to offer training in Temperament Theory and Therapy to individuals interested in personal growth, ministry, counseling, or further professional development.

For those who choose to pursue it, these trainings may also serve as a stepping stone toward certification and/or licensure through the NCCA.

Training consists of several courses completed over an extended period of time, with multiple cohorts hosted throughout the year.

Please note that these are paid training programs and are not offered free of charge.
