New Ways is a new approach to counseling. Here at New Ways, our counselors are ordained ministers who are licensed through the NCCA and just as educated and qualified as any secular counselor. We are an open door center. Everyone is welcome at New Ways. No matter your finances, age, or current situation, our services are available for any and everyone.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

You start losing weight and feeling really good, then Thanksgiving hits and your mental health and family gatherings demands honey ham and pies. But you can always go back to salads and the gym next week.

You start studying strong for an upcoming exam or certification, then you get the flu, and you get behind a week. But you can always start studying again tomorrow.

You may read your Bible everyday for a whole month, then you had a crazy day and lose your streak on the Bible app. You can still pick up your Bible and start again.

You were feeling good on your own and hadn't thought about them in weeks, then you send a text in a lapse of judgement. You can always prioritize your health over a toxic relationship. Block them and start again fresh tomorrow.

No matter where you start from, there are always ups and downs when you decide to grow. But when you push through the ups and downs you eventually arrive at your goal. That end goal can still be met. Even in the ups and downs.

Our office will be closed from the 25th through the 29th for Thanksgiving. If you need to schedule an appointment, cancel an appointment, or speak with our staff, please do so before we close this Thursday.

Some of our counselors are still meeting with clients. Please reach out to your counselor to see what their schedule is during these days.

If you have an emergent need or crisis when our office is closed, please remember that you can always call or text 988 for immediate support. For emergencies, please dial 911.
